Other than the fact that the finance person seemed to be pushing the extended warranty I had a good buying experience overall. The reason that I gave a very good rating is because of Gregg Norris contacting me before I ever arrived at the dealership to explain how the employee purchase program worked.
We went to the dealership to look at a Juke Nissan. We happen to meet Jayme Nakayama. Who we like right on the spot. She showed us the jukes 20012 and 2013. My wife really like Jayme. Jayme seat down with us and went over our interest in the cars. We were planning to go to 153 Nissan to look. Jayme let me see what kind of deal I can get you on the car my wife loved. The rest is history.
Very pleasant. Terry was extremely helpful and was able to get me what I was looking for and approved for financing quicker than I would have thought possible.
My experience with Mtn View Nissan was wonderful. I really like Steven our salesman. I love my new Altima.
It was most enjoyable, everyone was really nice. I especially enjoyed dealing with Joel, my salesperson.
Very friendly. No surprises. A fair deal. Work with me through the internet. Was able to have on lot what I was looking for. Stayed passed closing time to accommodate me as I was in the middle of a trip from Mississippi to Knoxville.
