Usually my experience with service is exceptional. This time I made a 7:30 appointment and my car was not quite ready when I got there at 4:40. I was told it had been a very busy day and I trully do understand that, but it would seem that my car should have been complete since I had an appointment.

Great service and fast that morning. Usually we are there an hour because its later in the day and I guess they get backed up a little bit so I was expecting to be there for an hour. We took the 8 am appointment and we were out of there by 830am..awesome and friendly!!!

Car repairs and maintenance are very expensive everywhere. Purchasing cars is also very very expensive. Unfortunately, the American suburban lifestyle is impossible without a car. Mtn View Nissan has a very friendly staff and a very nice waiting room. Their prices are normal and their work is competent. The wait times seem quite long even with an appointment.

I have not had a bad experience at Mountain View Nissan. Even the tiniest, most minute detail has been carefully thought-out and engineered to generate the most customer satisfaction possible. I will continue to do business with Mountain View Nissan, and I hope to purchase another vehicle from them in the spring.

We had been to two other Nissan dealerships before visiting Mountain View. The other dealerships had almost made us change our mind about buying. I knew when I met Joel that this dealership would be different. He had the most pleasant personality. He treated us like we were his family! He explained everything in great detail and went above and beyond anything I have EVER seen from a sales person. We love Joel!
