Worst experience ever !! paid 1200 for a alternator within 24 hrs its squealing on and off go back in they tell me it's a new belt just let it break in ,me being a single woman I believed them until it got so bad it was non stop so I take it back in for them to tell me they will fix this issue by replacing both pulleys and the tensioner!! WOW !! service dept is great and precise with all they do
Terrible experience in service department, went there with a maintenance plan that I had service dept said would only cover $22 on a oil change and $12 tire rotation said I would be paying $35 difference. I’m sorry??? Those costs are adjustable and from being a previous service advisor myself, I would have adjusted cost to get the business. Because it’s not like there loosing that’s still well over cost. Guess y’all have enough business.

1 star I had a salesman and a manager straight up lie to me there. Also a lot of their 5 star reviews are employees or family members of employees lol... pitiful they have to get employees to give their employer 5 star ratings
Brand new cars with issues straight out of the gate? Then when people complain which is their right considering how much money you made off of them THEN you block them? Very customer service friendly
So far, they suck. My wife and I went and bought her a new Altima. We have not made a payment yet, first one due October 6. It is in the shop and they are having to fly someone in to figure out the problem. At this point, their car has a problem and I don’t want it!!!!! Really want an Altima but at this point really want my ford back.
Robert, Service Advisor, and techs quickly identified an issue most likely caused by a Chattanooga big box store's mishandling during a tire repair, then subseqently misdiagnosed by a local service shop. I now remember why good dealership repairs are normally best- labor may cost a bit more initially, but you save $ in the long run via accurate diagnostic results and timely repairs.
