Their “help”. Utmost the worst I’ve experienced. Five hours for a complete waste of time. Knowing it’s my only off day and they’ve bugged me about trading my car for WEEKS.
Sales people are nice. Will go out of their way to help you get in a new vehicle.
My experience was great! Relaxed and professional atmosphere. Alex, our salesman is highly recommended. I have bought several cars in my lifetime and I can say that this was one of the best experiences I’ve had in purchasing a car.

These people do not do inspections when you buy a used car from them, cost me several hundred dollars in all new brakes a month after spending $17k on a truck from them 🤬
