bait and switch with there internet prices, unwilling to even work on a price above sticker price. drive on by and head to Nissan of Chattanooga where they sell there cars at the advertised price and will work with you for the deal you want.

Everyone was very friendly and easy to deal with not pushy or showing me vehicle that I didnt want. They ask what kind I want and how much I wanted my payments to be and showed me what I could get for those payments
Received what appears to be a “firm” offer of credit in the mail. Wasted time, money and gas to come there only to be told different than what is on the letter. I’m aware this is a common business practice. I called ahead to see if I could do this over the phone to avoid wasting my time. They insisted on me coming in to even try to get approved. Not likely to return.

They listened to what I needed and worked hard to find me a car within my price limit. Everyone had a smile on their face and was eager to assist with any questions or concerns.
I was deceived from the very beginning . Financing was not done the way I was told it was being done. The vehicle I originally looked at was not the vehicle they approved me for. Was told they would order touch up paint and now can’t get anyone to call or return calls or messages. I will never recommend this dealership and if it wouldn’t ruin me I’d take my car and park it at the dealership
