I came into Nissan of Cleveland today feeling frustrated from the service I was recieving at the dealership I had purchased my vehicle. I was approached by a gentleman in the parts and service department that assured me I was in good hands, and my issues would be handled efficiently. That is exactly what happened! I really wish Mtn View of Cleveland wouldve made a better effort to help me get another car instead of looking up my credit report and seeing that I had a repossession back in 2014 which did NOT stop me from eventually getting a car loan in 2016 from a big dealership here in huntsville and paying that loan ON TIME for 3 years. No pressure. I usually don't trade a car because I can get more selling it myself. That means I ask for the bottom line price and they tell me what they can do pretty quick. I was there and out with a New Nissan Kicks in about 2 hours yesterday. Got all the incentives from being a current Nissan owner, and discounts. Good deal.

No pressure and Mtn View Nissan of Cleveland have always kept their word. They have a very professional team. Lawrence is the best sales person and business consultant, very honest and knows how to treat his customers. He is a well rounded young salesperson and well informed. Gavin Stewart is one of the best Sales Managers in the business and that why I return to Tennessee for vehicles. Loving the Nissan Altima it was a great deal.
