I was so puzzled about getting a new vehicle and didn't know what to do. A family friend referred me to this location and it was the best experience ever. I have to say with all the bad service I received everywhere else in town. Hands down Nissan of Cleveland is where it’s at! Jackie Cross is amazing, she made sure I was well taken care of.
