I have changed my review today because the lady Kala/Kola whatever she calls herself, was SO rude when I went to have my eyebrows done. I arrived at 5:10, just for her to claim she is closed while threading a customer eyebrows! It states online that the store closes at 5:30pm, so what right does she have to close early and turn down custom. This is the second time this lady has done this too me and it will not tolerate it! I just had threading and a full leg wax by Kala/Kola who is there every Wednesday. I'm really pleased with the attention to detail on my eyebrows. She was really attentive with the service she provides and listens to my requests. There were a few hairs missed when waxing my legs, but overall pleased.

Honestly I’m furious! I always had my eyebrows and upper lip done here with Setu and she always was the best today I went to have them done and found another person there who ended up messing up my brows and worst burning my upper lip!! now I’m left with a painful burn that is scarring so bad and there is no one to complain to!!
