I had a full body massage and a lash lift on Friday. I would like to get a full refund as the experience was not great at all. First off they didn’t know I was coming. (Didn’t look at their booking). They made me fill out paperwork that I have already filled out. Then after I did all that the lady decided to do someone else’s nails! I went to get my legs and bikini line waxed.Lovely was so nice, kind and friendly.I’m pregnant and she was really careful and attentive to me. She also did really good job. I’m definitely go back.
