Great place to base yourself for stays in the city.
The apartment was fine, the air conditioner wasn't working, one of the toilets was blocked, a bit noisy from the street but it's in the middle of Liverpool so it's to be expected. Only hand soap in one of the bathrooms but we had plenty of towels and spare pillows in the big wardrobe which was good. The sofa was a bit past its best as some of the seats were on crazy slopes when you sat on them.

Our booking was at 12 o'clock and we arrived at about 5 past 12 (we did ring the offfice to advise we were running slightly late). When we arrived we rang the doorbell on multiple occasions and were stood outside for over 5 minutes until someone let us in. When we walked in the gentleman had no idea what was going on and told us he didn't even work there and that they were running late.
