My hot water tank was spewing water from one of the hoses this afternoon, I was terrified to call a plumber, expecting the very worst in charges being as that it was a weekend and going into the evening. Service was phenomenal from the woman who helped me on the phone, to the technician that came to our house. And the bill was less than half of what I expected! You all were great! Thanks so much.
These guys are awesome!! Once we accepted the bid they worked quickly to get the permits and started the work the next day. I will defiantly use them again and recommend them to others. Thanks for all your hard work!
Excellent customer service. Have never had such a great experience from a plumbing company before! I would recommend them to anyone!
The only thing I can say positive is that the technician who visited my house (twice for the same problem) seemed very nice. He was not able to clear our line of roots with his cutter and tried to sell us on a HYDRO SCRUB service for $760. We refused that service and called a different company who cleared our line, with an appropriate sized cutter for $80.
Fast and affordable. Great service. Highly recommend.
