Critical: Value I already had a new water heater and needed it installed in the house I bought per the loan agreement. I could of done it myself but lenders wanted it done by plumbing company. Was short on time and had no choice. Even with having my own water heater they charged me $530 for installation and another $700 PLUS for a drain pan, 4 pieces of 2-3 inch black pipe and about 6 foot of copper drain pipe. Expensive. Charged $50 to quote a water heater replacement and wouldn't provide any indication of pricing over the phone. More than twice as much as other options. Don't pay them $50 to give you a quote - there are better options.
I was able to get service late Friday afternoon. Nate did a good job clearing our line and explaining what we need to do to keep it clear.
They went way above and beyond expectations. I would recommend Danny and his skinny partner Brent. Thanks, Guys!
Had an issue with our plumbing and called Mr. Rooter - Nate came out and helped us understand the issue and walked through all our options with us he answered all of our questions and put it all in terms we could understand he stayed late past the time he was scheduled to be off work to make sure we were good and everything was fixed. Honest company with great ethics!
Definately OVER CHARGED $325 for less than 1 1/2 hrs to unclog kitchen sink for something I will probably need again in future, so won’t be calling them again sad people get taken advantage of these days. To make matters worse they said thank you for your comments on survey and said I could leave my comments on this link. Seriously? Poor customer service too😏 what happened to good ole days?
I had many plumbers give me a bid..BUT NONE LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED and never gave me a bid on what I wanted done.. Till I had Scott give me a bid, he listen to what I wanted gave me my opposition and a great bid with great price.. I had two showers replaced both hard to to do and Scott did a outstanding job. I could not be happier. Great workmanship they clean as they go and after job done work place left clean..
