Lower your prices way too high
Prompt service for a water pipe leaking in the wall. Reviewed the problem and repaired it quickly. Nate was professional and friendly

Came out in a very timely fashion. Had a non working well pump. Was 120 to look at it, then 500 for a box that did not work. Then quoted 2800. For complete bill including new pump and all work previously completed. Actually paid 3,500 dollars that day, He did not wait 1 day to get my money. Worked great for 3 days, then stopped, He said would be another 120 dollars just to look at it again. Seems like a poor way to have return customers. Must just depend 1st time customers. I liked that fact that Michael Hernandez was very knowledgeable in the field and actually took the time to explain what the issue was and explain what options we had in resolving it. I will definitely use Mr. Rooter in the future and have Michael be the one to come out and fix it!
Very prompt and professional. Timely manner. Michael did a professional job and got our problem done very well. We appreciate how quick the service was and it was wonderful for being on a Saturday
They came to my house on a Saturday evening after my sewer line backed up into my basement. They were prompt, professional and really helped me understand what was going on. I plan to use them again.
