From the call into the office to schedule an appt, everyone was so helpful and nice! They were able to quickly get me in the very same day. I was given a call when they were headed my way. We had a great experience with Mr. Rooter. Jeremy, Brent and Brad went out of their way to solve our plumbing issues while being very careful not to damage our home. I recommend using their services the next time that you have a plumbing problem. I also recommend putting egg shells in the trash instead of the garbage disposal!
The water line, at my rental house, broke late on a Tuesday night. Every company I called told me they had a waiting list. Scott Cochran called the next day, came to the house, gave me a reasonable price and promised the job would be done by Thursday. The crew was finished and cleaned up before 4 PM. I'm very pleased with the job and especially the technician, Brent. He was polite, personable and very respectful of me, my tenant and the property.
If I could give more stars I would. I was so impressed with the service and knowledge of the men that came today. They knew exactly what needed to be done. I asked them so many questions and they patiently answered all of my concerns. It was such a positive experience. I am so glad I relied on my friend's advice to give them a call. I am completely satisfied with how quickly and professionally took care of my plumbing need and right before Christmas! Thanks guys!!!!
