Josh came out today to look at a clog issue, he was very polite and knowledgeable, and was able to fix the issue on a timely manner. would definitely use again.
I called Mr. Rooter this morning because of two separate problems with the toilets in our house, and they set up an appointment for this afternoon. Grant has just finished working, and everything works great! He was professional, helpful, and patient while explaining everything to me. This is the third or fourth time we've used Mr. Rooter since moving to Greenville after having previously worked with two different plumbers in the area. I will never call anyone else!
