So my brother was putting in my new vanity set and broke my hot water pipe. I called Mr Rooter at 12 noon on a Sunday. Josh the Tech said he could come out today. Turns out he was here within 15mins and completed everything at 1:25pm. What an awesome service experience from Josh at Mr Rooter!!!! I have save their number in my phone. Thanks

Excellent and quick service. Grant arrived quickly, less than 45 mins after I called about our leaking shower faucet. He had it quickly repaired in less than an hour.

I called Mr. Rooter this morning because of two separate problems with the toilets in our house, and they set up an appointment for this afternoon. Grant has just finished working, and everything works great! He was professional, helpful, and patient while explaining everything to me. This is the third or fourth time we've used Mr. Rooter since moving to Greenville after having previously worked with two different plumbers in the area. I will never call anyone else!
