We bought an older home and had a significant drain issue under the house which they fixed quickly, so we hired them to do a major repiping and plumbing of our two bathroom remodels. Russ did great work and gave very helpful advice along the way. It is worth the expense to get trustworthy, professional work done.
I called Mr. Rooter on Sunday evening for a problem with my pressure reduction valve. Ronnie arrived when promised later that evening. He ran into several unexpected issues with odd size lines and unnecessary turns in the old lines. Ronnie spent the extra time to do the job right. He replaced our pressure reduction valve and got our water back on. He left after mid night and still had a long drive home. Thank you, Ronnie! We will always call Mr. Rooter for any future plumbing needs.

So my brother was putting in my new vanity set and broke my hot water pipe. I called Mr Rooter at 12 noon on a Sunday. Josh the Tech said he could come out today. Turns out he was here within 15mins and completed everything at 1:25pm. What an awesome service experience from Josh at Mr Rooter!!!! I have save their number in my phone. Thanks

Excellent and quick service. Grant arrived quickly, less than 45 mins after I called about our leaking shower faucet. He had it quickly repaired in less than an hour.
