I have been using this company since I purchased my house in 2008 and have always had a positive experience. In particular, Russ stands behind his work and has fixed every issue often times at minimal cost. The Greenville branch is a reputable company and I wouldn't trust my plumbing issues with anyone else!

Ok look, this company is excellent. I would trust them my own children. Seriously, they did almost every plumbing item in my house and everything works to a T. Grant Rhodes and his team went above and beyond their call of duty. I literally would recommend them to everyone. Great job guys!

I will not use this compaany again. They charged my mother who is on social security $350 dollars to cut a 12" by16" hole. My husband could have did it for free if he had known they were only cutting a small hole. It was wrong for them to charge that. When I talked to them they didnt care. It is wrong to take advantage of people that way!! Also the man cut the pipe going to the air vent and we are going to have to pay someone to fix it!
Accidentally called these guys instead of Roto-Rooter. They charged me $710 to replace a toilet and told me it was a special one that isn't sold at Home Depot......that was a lie, it's right on the Home Depot website. And, the leak is still not fixed!!!!!!!
