Ok look, this company is excellent. I would trust them my own children. Seriously, they did almost every plumbing item in my house and everything works to a T. Grant Rhodes and his team went above and beyond their call of duty. I literally would recommend them to everyone. Great job guys!

I will not use this compaany again. They charged my mother who is on social security $350 dollars to cut a 12" by16" hole. My husband could have did it for free if he had known they were only cutting a small hole. It was wrong for them to charge that. When I talked to them they didnt care. It is wrong to take advantage of people that way!! Also the man cut the pipe going to the air vent and we are going to have to pay someone to fix it!
Accidentally called these guys instead of Roto-Rooter. They charged me $710 to replace a toilet and told me it was a special one that isn't sold at Home Depot......that was a lie, it's right on the Home Depot website. And, the leak is still not fixed!!!!!!!
Thank you guys for a job well done! We had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin and Micah. Kevin took the time to explain everything thoroughly with me. He explained how our problem occurred and what he was going to do in order to get the problem solved. I definitely would recommend Mr. Rooter to any businesses out there in need of plumbing assistance. Thanks again!
