Mr Rooter was quick to respond to my call when my water heater broke. Grant was polite and helpful in answering my questions. He replaced my heater in the same day. Will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

We've been using Mr. Rooter for years. They are reasonably priced and do excellent work. Russ Dixon, service technician was very courteous and explained what he was going to do. He fixed the problem very fast. We will continue to use Mr. Rooter in the future.

We bought an older home and had a significant drain issue under the house which they fixed quickly, so we hired them to do a major repiping and plumbing of our two bathroom remodels. Russ did great work and gave very helpful advice along the way. It is worth the expense to get trustworthy, professional work done.
I called Mr. Rooter on Sunday evening for a problem with my pressure reduction valve. Ronnie arrived when promised later that evening. He ran into several unexpected issues with odd size lines and unnecessary turns in the old lines. Ronnie spent the extra time to do the job right. He replaced our pressure reduction valve and got our water back on. He left after mid night and still had a long drive home. Thank you, Ronnie! We will always call Mr. Rooter for any future plumbing needs.
