RecommendedI had what I thought was a main pipe blockage. It was to the point where the toilets and shower were beginning to back up. Matt T came out and discussed everything with me. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Come to find out it appears to be a full septic tank. Matt provided me with a referral for my septic to be emptied today, which is a Saturday. Will definitely use Mr. Rooter again if needed. Thanks for all of your help!

Reasonably priced & good work. Ronnie was quick & efficient. I have three little kiddos and they wanted to watch everything he was doing. He was super nice and great with the children too! Definitely recommend!
I have to say one of the best businesses to work with!!! Josh was excellent in identifying the problem with our outside pipe leak and fix it during the tropical storm Florence . They were easy to book and were great for last minute plumbing issues. Will be using this company again Thanks again guys and I may add very reasonably priced

I called because I had a noticeable leak over my laundry room. Ronnie came out found the problem was a loose drain line. He was able to replace it and the price was very reasonable. Would recommend.

Mr. Rooter helped resolve a difficult water leak in my home. Although the water shut-off is not typical, they worked tirelessly to get it turned off. Even in the most frustrating situation, Ronnie was always polite, respectful of my home, and explained everything in detail. Jason and Ronnie worked together to make sure the job was complete by the end of the day. They cleaned so well there is no evidence of their being in my home. I would highly recommend Ronnie, Jason, and Mr. Rooter.
