These guys were awesome! Service was excellent, they finished the job on time and were extremely professional! They cleaned up after themselves every day while completing the job. Could not have asked for more. Will definite call on them if needed in the future! Thank you so much!
Mr. Rooter was very responsive and professional when my sink drain needed to be cabled. The plumber was friendly and not pushy to sell extra products/services. He took the time to give me tips to prevent future problems. Afterwards, they sent me a personal thank you note with coupons. I highly recommend them!
I've had a wonderful experience with Mr. Rooter. I had to replace sewer/water lines. I also had the entire plumbing in the house replaced. I was informed every step of the way: what was broken, what needed to be done, the steps that were taken to get it done, and the cost before any work was done. I have been using this company since I purchased my house in 2008 and have always had a positive experience. In particular, Russ stands behind his work and has fixed every issue often times at minimal cost. The Greenville branch is a reputable company and I wouldn't trust my plumbing issues with anyone else!
