I was charged $279 to replace one washer...that's it, one small washer which I provided. He was here maybe 45 minutes max. If I had him replace the second washer which was my plan, (very easy to do once the water is off...maybe 10 minutes) it would have been another $279. Good thing I had a $25 coupon. I called back the next day and the lady said she would check into it with the Tech (I really believe he put the wrong info in his I-pad. They have a coupon on their website for 89.95 "unclog any drain"...they tried to charge me 325 dollars for my kitchen sink to be "snaked"...still ended up paying 150 dollars even though I had the coupon...BEWARE OF COMPANIES LIKE THIS!!! *****UPDATE****** come to find out that the kitchen sink drain wasn't even connected to the laundry room drain (what the original problem was) all they managed to do was break the kitchen drain pipe...I called another plumber and had him take care of it all for a quarter of the price....need... read more
These guys were awesome! Service was excellent, they finished the job on time and were extremely professional! They cleaned up after themselves every day while completing the job. Could not have asked for more. Will definite call on them if needed in the future! Thank you so much!
Mr. Rooter was very responsive and professional when my sink drain needed to be cabled. The plumber was friendly and not pushy to sell extra products/services. He took the time to give me tips to prevent future problems. Afterwards, they sent me a personal thank you note with coupons. I highly recommend them!
I've had a wonderful experience with Mr. Rooter. I had to replace sewer/water lines. I also had the entire plumbing in the house replaced. I was informed every step of the way: what was broken, what needed to be done, the steps that were taken to get it done, and the cost before any work was done.
