I first reviewed Rachel three years ago (so Google tells me!) and wanted to update this. Rachel is a great personal trainer: the right combination of pushing you to achieve more and encouraging you along the way. She is very motivating and professional with a great setup in her studio which supports her range of PT sessions - each one feels different and constantly challenging. I’ve been working 1:1 with Rachel for over a year now. In that time if seen an amazing transformation. I’m so much stronger - lifting heavier weights than I’d ever imagined. I can see the difference but more importantly I FEEL the benefits of regular training. Rachel is fantastic! I've been with her for a couple of years and she not only introduced me - in a very un-scary way - to weights and core work, but has helped me through injuries. I was nervous to work out around someone else but have not only continued with our sessions but she gave me the confidence to also join a couple of her weekly group classes - something I would never have done not so long ago, and I love it!
