I wish I could leave a 0. I am so upset. First of all, they came to do a regular maintenance and replaced a capacitor that didn't even need changing. So a $79 maintenance job cost over $400. Then the ** didn't even work after that. I called them and they sent someone else out and he said that the compressor coil was bad and needed to be replaced, giving me a $2300 estimate without the price of the part. I had a scheduled appointment with this second rate service on 06/05/2023. This appointment was made using the online portal and there was two times listed from which the company would chose the actual time. My condo is under reconstruction due the roof caving in and the units being flooded. I sat here for 4.5 hours awaiting the arrival of the so-called expert and no one showed up. Awful installation of the air conditioning unit. If I didn't have the advantage plan, it would cost me an arm and a leg for all the service calls to repair and correct the botched job. Been having issues since September of 2022. Still not resolved. Run the other way. They bought out Comfort Heating and Air conditioning.
