The old HVAC system in our condo (which had been a rental property for a number of years) was inadequate and very noisy. ********* Air replaced it with a new system that works the way a system should. We like that it can be monitored and adjusted remotely. Temperatures and humidity levels in here are finally under control. Worth every dollar. Follow-up service has also been good.

**** was the tech from Service Experts who came for our summer maintenance. He was very knowledge and polite. We would definitely recommend him and the company for your AC.

Excellent company to address issues and repair your A/C. The tech was very knowledgeable and without my asking explained everything he was going to do, once the job was completed he explained what he had done. I highly recommend this company for your air conditioning services and repairs.

I trusted them! I had used them for years, and I thought they were telling me the truth. They didn't truly try to solve my problem. I had drainage issues and they told me they did everything they could but I found out after paying them $950 to fully replumb it - for what turned out to be 1 hour of labor and some PVC piping (cheap). After the work was done, the technician here told me that he could have easily blown out the old piping and cleaned it well. Unbelievable. Have been dealing with this company for 20 plus years and for the most part have been very satisfied with their service. Minor problems that were identified were quickly and satisfactorily resolved. Recently had a new unit installed under their Advantage Program. Will see how well that works out.

This business seems like a good service from the outside, but at least in ******* they employ service technicians who take advantage of the elderly. My recently deceased mother had a contract with them to avoid bothering me to do things like replace filters, but the technician told her that her water heater was failing (but it hadn't failed yet) and she had them replace it, but didn't realize that she was actually leasing a unit from them. No stars.Company has failed to honor the terms of the service contract with them in terms of quick and timely response. Twice they have failed to show up in the allotted time, and twice have attempted to come to my home 2 and 3 hours after the service window had expired...once after 9pm. Emails are not answered. I have made a complaint to the home office in *****, as well as the local office, for a rebate of the remaining monies associated with my service contract.

Our water heater was leaking and our furnace was 30+ years old, with no more parts available to fix it. Had toilet problems - called ***********************. First time ever using their services. Extremely happy. A young man named *********************** resolved all of our problems efficiently, professionally and in quick time. Very personable and professional. Would highly recommend this company and especially this fine employee! Excellent to call for plumbing or drainage problems!
