We have used them for **** major component replacements as well as annual maintenance to keep our two furnaces, AC, and peripheral units tuned up, kept in spec, and cleaned. They are knowledgeable, honest, and more than willing to explain what services they're performing and of any issues that need to be addressed. We've tried others, but they're professionalism and outstanding service record with the **** in our home is second to none.

I wish I could leave negative stars for the deceitful nature of this company.They have a subscription service where they charge you $10/month and come out to service your HVAC twice a year. When I called them to come service the ***** they charged me $99. Then the technician claimed to see mold. ********, he said this, and created frenzy with the resident, but his report made no mention of mold. I just had ******************* with another technician who changed out the evaporator coil on my 7 year old Daiken AC System. Excellent service, available 24/7 at no extra charge, no up charge on warranty parts for my AC system, ******************* and address all of my questions. Also excellent delivery time on the replacement coil. I recommend Service Experts to all of my friends and *********** Clients. Keep up the great work!!!!

I signed a service contract under duress, I had Covid. A hard sales pitch hit me, the salesman knew I was sick, but I have no one to blame but myself for not reading what I signed. If you are given a contract from them to sign, run. Its binding forever. On another note, without my knowledge, $5.00 /month (one month it was $15.00 due to their software changes) was automatically deducted from my bank account. They installed a faucet on the outside of my house and put it in the same hole the old one was. And charged me $500. I complained, and they said they would give me a refund of two hundred and sixty four dollars and ninety nine cent. That was in march I still have not received a refund.

We wanted to have a maintenance check done on our AC and are very pleased with the service call we had with *************** today! They found and issue and fixed it, as well as gave us a list of all the items they checked while here. Each person we talked with, as well as the technician, were both friendly, professional and helpful. We HIGHLY recommend ***************.
I feel everyone who worked with me from the scheduler to the technician to the sales rep worked to give me the best customer experience and **********************. Overpriced paid for leak in dishwasher plus parts. Never fixed problem and said buy a new dishwasher also coned me into buying a special promotion fee monthly. Now they wont call me back for a help installing a new dishwasher. Never received an invoice
