I am very pleased with Chem Dry Cleaners. I have two oriental rugs that was way past their cleaning date and was very dirty and stained. Chem Dry did an excellent job on them!! Very nice people and very reasonable price!!
Chem Dry arrived within the window of time scheduled and cleaned old berber carpet in a home I am listing to sell #RealtysourceLLC I have called on Chem dry to clean my personal home as well as several homes I've staged to sell. Even though not all the traffic stains came up, it is certainly cleaner and sanitary. Chem dry has the best treatment on the market for pet urine stain and odors. I had puppy urine stains on linen upholstery and on a cowhide rug - both notoriously hard to clean. Randy took them back to his shop for cleaning, and even though the stains did not completely come out, they are less noticeable. I'm very satisfied with their efforts. On the initial visit, I asked them to clean other linen pillows that had water spots in one case and unidentifed spots in another. Chem Dry is the only carpet cleaning service I will use! I love the "green" aspect of the cleaner and the short drying time! No waiting forever before you can walk on it.....usually about 2 hours! It's easy to make an appointment and the staff are friendly and helpful. They also have a spot remover that is the best! I like to keep a can on hand for those "oops" moments! If you haven't tried Chem Dry, what are you waiting for? �
Top notch! Angel was our rep and he was great. Very professional and nice. He did a fantastic job. Showed up right on time. Called beforehand. Just all around fantastic. Definitely recommend Chen-Dry to anyone and everyone. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was phenomenal too. We will be calling on them again. Props to running a great business and doing what you're doing to keep your employees happy. It sure shows in their customer service and professionalism.
