Service and quality were excellent! Tech was called ahead so we knew when to expect him. He explained the services and pricing very clearly, and did a great job with our carpets. Our Tech was Seth Gilbert, and I would personally recommend Seth and Moutainview to all my friends.
Super service and quality! Worked with me to schedule date to pick up before move...and worked with me to delay delivery until all unpacked. Delivery was spectacular...my large, more expensive rug looked better than when I bought it. Gentleman helped me move furniture to place it just right. So kind! Would never use any one else!
If you have anyone other than Mountain View Chem-dry cleaning your rugs, carpet or upholstery, you are wasting your money. #tightfisted
They did a really good job cleaning my rugs and wall to wall carpet.. Christopher was the man who came and he explained everything to me that he was going to do and the carpet came out great. I would definitely ask for him again.
