Recently used Chem-Dry and the service from appointment making through final cleaning was wonderful. I had a large "reappearing stain" that I had someone else clean twice. Seth talked with me about what the stain might be and the best approach. It came out fine and all of the house looks great!! Seth was wonderful! I had to leave and he cleaned up and locked the house.
After searching for a green carpet cleaner, I was pleased to learn about Mountainview Chem-Dry and the things NOT used on carpet. The young service man was cordial, eager to explain my options and a good representative of this company. After he left I told my neighbors in Sawyer Trail-Ross Bridge about Mountainview.
I highly recommend these folks if you are in need of their services. They did EXZACTLY what they said they would. They were on time, courteous, and professional. My carpets look brand new. And, there were no hidden surprises in the pricing.
