Excellent Job, Great Customer Service Very very happy with the customer service, I spoke with David the "owner" and he re assured me the people who came to me last year were not his company and would not try to set me up for extra money here and there. What amazed me is that David him self personally came out and helped the guy clean my carpets and furniture. Great Service Excellent service, it really is nice to see a company with its act together and not try to over sell you things. If you need quality then you found them.. They did a great job on our house and we are happy and feel like it was worth every little red cent.
Chem-Dry cleaned my carpets and area rugs on 3/23/21. I love the fact that their cleaning solution is eco-friendly and has no fragrance at all. They added a protectant to the cleaning solution that was fragrance-free also. Chandlar did a fantastic job. His attitude, kindness and respect for me, and knowledge/performance of the job was excellent! He also answered my many questions with a great attitude. When I called to ask questions before making an appointment, David also was thorough and kind in answering them. The techniq... read more
