i have bought 4 cars from mtn view randy jones very satisfied each time. you are never rushed to buy anything you can look all day if you want to ,you will be treated very good, i recommend every one i know to go to mtn view before you go anywhere else.hats off to randy jones and crew he is a honest man.
Often, buying a car is unncessarily painful. Here it is a piece of cake. They have a good selection with a fair, nonnegotiable sales price already posted. There are no high pressure sales tactics. They gave us a fair price for our trade and stepped up to the plate to fix a minor mechanical problem within hours.
I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience with Mtn View @ 153! I had been searching for a newer used Subaru Forester for a few weeks but was disappointed to find nothing in my price range, right before I decided to move onto a different car I found one online at this dealership and immediately called to make an appointment for the next morning. I emailed with a few questions about a '15 Honda Civic, and Randy Jones called the very next day to answer all the questions and extended an invitation to test drive. He did not call me over and over to pressure a sale like many other dealerships have. I did not end up buying the car because I found one closer, but definitely felt comfortable in the inquiry process.
This is by far the best experience I have ever had while buying a car. I bought a new car years ago and it took 4 hours to complete the process. This time I emailed Randy that I was interested and after exchanging the info via a couple emails he emailed me and told me to come get my new van. My husband and I went and test drove it and were on our way home 30 minutes later. I am excited and love my new van. THANK YOU RANDY!!
I was very pleased with MTN VIEW......I arrived 15 min prior to closing, the salesman wasn't pushy but did answer any question. He and the finance dept seemed eager to stay late and close the sale. The car an 07 350z was in much better shape than comparable models at other local dealers. I was very pleased with my overall experience and will definitely return.
