The internet pictures accurately portrayed the car. Randy told me to go ahead and take my time looking over the vehicle and when I was ready to drive just to let him know. I took approx. 1 to 1.5 hours going over the car by myself and then a nice test drive. No hassle, no one looking over my shoulder asking me questions every thirty seconds. I recently purchased a Mazda Cx 7 from Randy via internet sales. He was very helpful in sending me the vihicle history report and answering questions that I had about the vehicle. I called ahead of time to let him know that I was coming to see the vehicle and he met me at the doors, keys in hand. I looked over the vehicle as he stood back and gave me space. Since we had to go up to Chattanooga later in the evening, we test drove the vehicle about 15 minutes before they closed. They processed the paperwork, though the manager was getting somewhat impatient, when we had to transfer funds electronically for the down-payment. He was all ready to get home, and we could tell it, before it was all over. Overall a pleasant experience,

This was by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had! There was never pressure to buy a certain model or hurry like I have experienced at other dealers. I was free to check out and drive any car that interested me and there were many. I finally did make up my mind and am completely happy with my purchase and the patience showed to me from their friendly staff. It is a very busy place so be sure the car you are interested in is still there! Someone called about mine as I was signing the dotted line!
