My parents bought a truck on Friday, and have been trying to reach someone since Saturday. They have a question on the paperwork- and have left several messages and even spoke to someone who told them they don’t handle that part - not one phone call back. They haven’t been able to get back down there to handle it. One simple question needs to be answered and no one seems to have a concern and they are very dissatisfied!
