would buy again in a heartbeat. we dealt with Diego at first when viewing the car online and then Jonathan was our sales man. we live 4 hours away and had a certain vehicle we wanted and had been searching for awhile and we found it here. we talked to Jonathan for a week and he provided us with all the videos and pictures that we wanted of the vehicle before making the long drive. awesome experience and the most OUTSTANDING customer service you could think of from beginning to end. They will check your credit 14 times in two days. They will sale you a truck without a trailer hitch and tell you they will put one on , had to take old one off the old truck to put on the new one right in the parking lot , because I have to have one for work. They will lie to you just to make a sale .
I bought a used Ram 2500 had it home less than 2 days it was having over heating thinking this was no big deal just a bad thermostat easy fix got a new one at the parts store pulled the housing off to see a gutted thermostat being used as just a seal put the new one in purges the air and replaced the coolant. Over heating issue got even worse so off to a shop I go turns out the truck has a blown head gasket an estimated 2,000 dollar repair on a truck I’ve had 2 days . the absolute worst dealer I have ever delt with. and that says alot considering I hauled cars to dealerships for many years. they will bald face lie to you from fair trade to a drop reciever hitch the manager especially lied about my fair trade value told me my trade wasn't worth more than 16500 and I agreed they needed to make some $ so I agreed on them giving me 14500 which is fair ...the put my truck k on their web page for 20400 less then a week later as fair priced .if anyone is looking at the 2012 1500 z71 black with 1... read more
