I wanted a pet friendly environment and this is THE place to live! It is very quiet and the staff is friendly and helpful. I LOVE that I can shuttle to work and back home within minutes.
It’s a nice complex with recently renovated amenities. Management isn’t the best and communication is sometimes a struggle. It’s a quiet complex outside of the hustle and bustle of Morgantown. Parking is great though
Mountain Valley is a great place to live as a student! They are pet friendly, which can be hard to find in an apartment. The office staff are friendly and helpful. They also offer a GPA discount which helps save money just for having good grades! The pool is super nice in the summer, and is kept clean. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is so great after living in places where that is not included. I always recommend MVA when someone asks me the best place to live in Morgantown, as a family or as a student! I am a student with a small child and we love it here! we have never had any complaints, it's quiet, the maintenance is superb, and the staff is very friendly! we even had some staff help us push our car up the hill this winter when it was icy, how many apartment complexes do that?! I have lived at Mountain Valley for three years. My apartment is comfortable and the staff has been very nice. I like the quiet location for me and my dog. Nice place!
Beautiful apartments & quiet which is hard to find in Morgantown. Love having the pool and gym as well
