RecommendedThis is my third year leasing here at MV and one thing I can say with certainty is that my maintenance requests have always been addressed very quickly and efficiently! I have never had to wait more than a day or two, and most often the issue is fixed the next day. The guy who comes is always very nice and helpful too! :)
I have a pretty excellent apartment, with all the best amenities. Honestly, it ends up being affordable to live in relative luxury. AND I GET TO HAVE MY DOG!!

The convenience of having 2 dog parks to take my pup to is great. It's very friendly and laid back place to live.
Great place to stay at. So far it has been quiet and peaceful. Love that it has free amenities like gymnasium, shuttles and club house with pool. They also offer discounts! They could improve though with speed in maintenance, and in implementing their fines for tenants who don’t clean up after their pets. CCTV would also be great!
