I just started my third lease in a new apartment here at Mountain Valley after moving from a two bedroom apartment to a one bedroom apartment just this month. I put in a work order on August 8th requesting a ceiling fan be installed in my bedroom. Below is the response I received from Mountain Valley maintenance. Absolutely not. Current resident. Moved into an apartment that was unsuitable for people to live in. Doors missing. Holes in the walls. Awful smell of cat piss everywhere, especially the kitchen. Opened the fridge and bugs flew out. Absolutely no cooperation from the leasing manager to fix the issues quickly or discount rent for the troubles. Same with COVID-19, closed all amenities and even though they say the office people are still able to be contacted, it seems to only be one person intermittently checking Instagram. Sti... read more
I would not recommend this place at all. My daughter has lived their over three years and the last year things have got horrible. The staff lies and are very rude. With everything going on with COVID-19 you would think they would let these kids out of their leases. College shuts down and they were sent home so now we pay for a apartment that she can’t live in and no one is going to do a lease transfer at this time with everything that’s going on. RecommendedIt’s such a great place to live they do lots of fun activities, staff are great , it’s very convenient and close to the hospital! I love living here !
I haven’t lived here that long but every experience I’ve had has been good! They take care of everything rather quickly and keep you informed!
This a a great apartment with lots of amenities. I love the shuttle that takes students to all three campuses.
I’m so happy I moved to Mountain Valley! The apartment is great and the staff is even better. Everyone is super friendly and always willing to help. Plus, my puppy LOVES the two dog parks ☺️
Many problems, but decent apartment overall if you cannot find one otherwise.
