RecommendedMountain Valley is the best living option in Morgantown. After having a traumatic experience at my last apartment complex it feels like I have finally found my home away from home. My apartment was clean when I moved in with no complications. They have offered several opportunities to reduce your rent like the GPA discount and a scholarship. I love my living space. Have lived here for nearly 2 years, only have had minor issues. Would recommend to anyone who wants quieter apartments away from campus a bit.
Mountain Valley is in a great location, and have never had any problems with loud neighbors like at other apartments. Staff has done a great job overall fixing any problems.
Best apartments in Morgantown!
Great price and amenities but hard to get a hold of and don’t always deliver on the things they say. Still waiting on furniture we were supposed to get in August. Nice apartments and friendly staff though!
