Absolutely horrifying. I had an MRI scheduled and they gave me special instructions at which time I was driving and couldn't write them down and she said they would call to confirm and would give them to me at that time. I never received a confirmation call the night before. So, I called and got transferred 5 times (no lie), and FINALLY got to speak with scheduling and she said, "no special instructions". I was admitted into the ICU last week for respiratory failure, pneumonia, and other issues. The first night nurse was very sweet. The Dr. came in at midnight to ask me questions while I was half asleep and discussed my treatment from my regular doctor, he didn't address why I was in there or what to expect. The second day the nurse only came into my room twice she didn't check my vitals or do anything.
