Worst hospital experience EVER!!!!!!! Been waiting with my father for over 2.5 hours for catscan results that should've been reviewed 2 hours ago... Doctor is stuffing her face at her computer, claiming her computer froze with the results. My dads blood pressure is extremely high and nobody has cared to take it in over 3 hours. ER staff is basically sitting around and we've had to ask for the doctor numerous times before she actually came. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. Will never, ever go back here. I was in the hospital for 5 days the bedside manners sucked for the doctors and I was very offended the only saving grace to that hospital is the nurses
E2 is an awesome ward. Nursing care is exceptional. PCTs are caring. Environmental does a great job keeping rooms clean. Nurse Manager, Anita, is to be commended. Impressed with the upbeat attitude of all the staff. All of SNCH should use E2 as a guide for quality care. Thank you for taking care of my daughter.
