Very nice and nice people and everything was very clean
Needs improvements. Slept there 2 nights in a chair next to my son only to realize down the hall there where recliners. No offer of blankets were ever made. After being without food for 3 days dr orders. His first meal was salmon. REALLY. Finally the room was never cleaned in 3 days.
Everybody was wonderful to my mom staff is amazing here
As soon as you get there. You'll see a nurse who will bring you into a room. Take your vitals ask you what's wrong.then tells you the Dr will be right in. Very efficient. And the staff is great.

90% of pediatrics nurses were miserable, not compassionate, not on top of their patients, No offers of a blanket, drink..... The best was when Nurse Nordia told my son his spit bucket was disgusting and HE should clean it! I think they prefer infants to young adult children. New Dr everyday. No one really in charge of his care. Marco from pharmacy was great, nurse Michael was very nice, Janell from respiratory was informative but the nurses need attitude adjustments. We are fortunate and grateful for our lifesaver DR. DANIEL HALLER. We are lucky and super appreciative for your incredible care, guidance and support. Your concern and reaching out will never ever be forgotten. We are also grateful for the amazing nurses and staff in the Surgical Critical Care Unit who are constantly caring and on call for all of their patients especially my husband Stephen. Thank you!
