Never a. As experience there. I been there four times so far pain management for injections clean and staff always awesome and nice.
the staff was very cold and easy to piss off...def not my first choice...
Pre-surg testing...everyone we met, including the security guard in the parking lot, were super courteous and helpful.
The doctors I encountered were excellent. One I knew from the NICU two years ago. The other two I know as I use their private practices. The resident assigned to me was also very nice and had a wonderful bedside manner. As for the nursing staff... I'd say quite a few of your staff from both maternity and labor/delivery were awful. From the nurse manager (Orenstein I believe her name was) to the aides. You need to do better vetting in your hiring process. The staff is beyond helpful and willing to compassionately help those patients that come in for routine care, to taking on the challenge to care for those with extremely complex cases. The hospitals dedication to providing doctor team approach to a patients care is pivotal and life-changing.
