I went in for a gallbladder surgery on September 13th. The admit nurses made me feel at ease. they were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The nurses there were awesome after the surgery as well. No matter what time of day, if I needed anything, they were courteous, warm, and energetic. Worst hospital...do not take any loved ones here..my dad has been here three days and there is no care...because no one cares about the patients...the most efficient person is the guy who empties the trash...a CAT scan was ordered two days ago stat ..still hasn't been done..we've seen three different doctors no one knows anything..Mt. Sinai in Manhattan here we come?.
This is my 2nd time at this hospital for knee replacements and the service and nursing staff was great.
