Absolutely rubbish service and customer support bought a car end of January, engine light and exhaust flexi split within 2 weeks of purchase, was told by garage they’d speak to directors then was told not covered even tho the problems became apparent within the 2 weeks of owning which is the cooling off period of which I could’ve returned the car for full refund instead of just asking for a simple repair to be done

WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR DEALER TO ANYONE! Since the day I purchased my vehicle from this dealer I have had nothing but issues with the car. On the day of purchasing my vehicle, the tyre air pressure light was on, showing they hadn’t even put enough air in the tyres when I left the dealership. When I put air in myself all the tyres we significantly down. That same day I had 2 people on the road inform me my wheel looked like it could fall off and was loose. Great experience of buying my first car from Motors Connect. Jamaal was really friendly and helpful throughout the transaction and they were able to deliver my new car to me the next day. Highly recommend.
