A year ago this month my husband & I stayed the night ,before His 13hour sugery for cancer at Karmanos. We every much enjoyed it ,loved the view from the14th floor.
My fiancé and I went to check in at the desk and the lady at the desk got very rude with my fiancé telling us that we were under age to get the room keys. My fiancés mother had already paid for the room and everything so we just had to give an ID. We gave my fiancés ID and they still refused to give us the room keys. I would never work for this company ever again. I was hired in the sound board. and then 6 months later, I was given the opportunity to work as a pbx operator and a house keeper. they told me to do house keeping and that they will come and get me when they were ready for me to go to the pbx department. well long story short. Had a room with no ac working and informed front desk and nothing was done.
Hello my name Katrina Buxton me and my boyfriend visit the food court on Monday night yes it was a long line we got our hamburgers within 10mins and had to wait for our fries for 30mins keeping asking the workers can I get my order it was just fries they would not do it we was treated not fair our food was cold they would not make us another burgers we never had a problem we love coming down there .

As soon as my boyfriend and I walked into the hotel we knew this is going to be a fun little vacation. The atmosphere was great and staff and people there were friendly. Our room was fantastic and the day my boyfriend and I were leaving the hotel it was really hard to go because it's a really lovely place. I would recommend going to motor city casnio hotel.
