Worst experience ever; I fell and hurt myself really bad and no one will return my calls, although the staff rudely came in and took photos of me. People were knocking on my door at all hours of the night and the smell of marijuana was prevalent. I'm still suffering from the fall.
Worst birthday weekend ever. Had trouble getting into the casino since my license was expired (duh, was turning 25- booked the $200 room for my 25th bday). Fine, I hadn't thought of that, and hadn't received my new license yet, not my fault. Though I know that there are strict casino laws in place and whatnot, I'm cool with that. However, it was humiliating to be repeatedly talked down to by casino security who refused my entry, and by hotel staff and management. It's a nice little get away from being at home the staff always have been respectful and the rooms are clean

I enjoy myself at Motor city when I go there. I do not like to lose my money but sometimes I do. I have not had any experiences at Motor city that would make me consider it to be low end or ghetto as some may think or feel because of any situation regarding professionalism. They have supervisors that comments and complaints can be made to if a staff crosses the line with a guest or patron. It is not necessary to insult other patrons because of there opinion. Stayed overnight on the 2nd of January in room 1114 and discovered this on the bottom side of the duvet on the 3rd when I flipped over the covers to get out of bed the next morning. I Called the front desk, and someone from Management in Housekeeping came in, looked at the spot, took a few pictures and left. They were gonna get back with me but the didn't, so I checked out.
