Roll high treated very well, many don't know the other side of the wall. And probably would not believe it if told.
There are no words to describe how well we are being treated at Motor City from management, front desk, concierge, housekeeping and shuttle drivers, I have not run into anyone at The Motor City Hotel who have been nothing less than stellar. They have made my family's stressful situation much less stressful and I cannot thank them enough. From a smile to spotless service you would do yourself a disservice if you do not stay at The Motor City Hotel and Casino when you are in Detroit. Motor City Casino is the classiest casino of the three of them in Detroit, very clean, smells good and the staff is very nice, the comps are greater then GT, and MGM . The music and entertainment is awesome!
The amenities especially the spa is a joke. Last time I stayed, I found it shocking, that after all I spent, they wanted a $25 entrance fee into the spa. I finally came to terms with it (after complaining before & was told "they will bring it up at a meeting") So last night I stayed ready to spend the $25- Tuesdays it's closed & this morning when I woke up, the gym doesn't open til 10 & check out is 11??? The rooms are nice but don't waste your time trying to enjoy the spa/gym. See you soon MGM!
My stay this weekend was the absolute worse I will never stay there again if I could rate it lower I would I was very offended did not feel welcome at all!!!!
I am currently here on a two day stay.. Room is nice was clean upon entry.. Bellhop was great but that's where it stops. The building in a while doesn't present a feel of happy. By that I mean the staff doesn't make you feel welcomed. It's a bland look like "I'm here cuz it's my job , but I could careless about the guest staying here and them feeling like they want to come back and spend money which keeps me employed". Nice and clean people are great and food is fabulous! When my sister comes I always stay with her she loves it
Treated friends terribly! They love to spend their fun money at the casino and were treated horrible. That won't be happening ever again.
The staff couldn't be nicer. Very, very clean. Walls are a little thin.
