The worst players club program I've ever seen. I simply asked what it took to earn a signature point. Is it $5.00 gambled? Is it $10.00 gambled? Nobody could answer this question. You can't get any shadier than that!

I wish the handicap rms would accommodate us more. There are different levels of handicap. My mom and I are both handicap. For instance closers to elevator with handicap bars for toilet use, shower door or curtain. That's my only complaint. Thank you for a wonderful time during my stay at Motor City. This is not my profile this one show up for my comment .

All machines went down and I waited an hour an half to get my money. They are extremely under staffed apparently. I will not be coming back...Greektown for me. Customer service is lacking...no apologie for the inconvenience.

It was OK, until a bedbug was discovered and the staff became rude (like its the customers fault). Nobody goes to a hotel (so damn expensive @ that) to get feasted on by bedbugs.
