This one star rating is only about one part of the service at Motorcity that I will go on to explain. I have attend the Detroit jazz festival for the last 6 years always staying at Motorcity for several reason. Great staff, good food court, nice hotel, huge casino floor, and the shuttle service to and from hart plaze. Well upon my arrival there on Friday I was told the latter service would not be provided. Wife and I came out from the casino upper parking area and a guy that was loitering there was sitting on our new SUV. To make it worse their so called security was putting barricades up when this idiot was sitting on our SUV. STAY AWAY no one gives a S##T.
It's this guy named Chad that works at the Hotel desk in the evening that is so rude all the time. My mom, sisters and myself go to the casino hotel often and we all came to realize the same guy is very rude. This is the last time we are ever staying there. HE IS HORRIBLE! Their are a few nice people and security is always nice overall the customer service sucks.
It's always a clean, safe, and friendly environment. =)
