Excellent atmosphere and service! We had a wonderful time!
casino was dirty, no slots available because people sitting at them but not playing...bartender at main bar was slow and had an attitude....bar also had garbage on it, used napkins, chip bags, straws etc and was sticky....

So i was getting free rooms missed a month due too health issues. I am back. Need a free room. So i can stay all day n night. Build that comp.

I needed the refrigerator replaced twice in one weekend and the second time when I returned to the room I find that the maintenance guy propped the door open and left. Anyone could have been in my room while I was gone! Toilet seat found left up too!!! So he used my bathroom!!! Manager offered me nothing when I complained!!!
Went to MotorCity Casino for a Realtor Conference. I had an awesome time, I found the entire staff, from the valet, coat check, wait staff, security, and janitorial, to be very warm friendly, and helpful. The staff made the difference.
There is a lot of people that bum money and food from you
The hotel was cosmetically beautiful, but smelled very smokey in some areas. I'm from Ohio and not used to smoking being allowed in public buildings and hotels. The hotel was also very noisy. The walls must have been thin because you could hear doors shutting and people talking all night. The food was delicious but pretty pricy. It was a good trade off considering there wasn't too many restaurants in the downtown area/within walking distance.
