Have stayed at Motor City a lot and have always been pleased. The staff has always been very polite and helpful. Rooms are very clean and food is excellent. Absolutely love the entertainment at the chrome, have never been disappointed.

I come for the band's at Chromatic. A whole evening in one building: Eat, play slots, listen to music and dance.

Hotel hall ways smelt like smoke and then they kept my deposit cause my room smelt like smoke. I don't even smoke !!! Told them the hall smelt like smoke and just laughed and said don't believe that smoke in halls smelt my room. Bs. Waste of time. Go to better one this one is ghetto!!!!!!!

I love the live music and the people, there is a lot of nice people who visit. And I have met a lot of them. I would recommend that you at least give it a try.

The mall cop security guard is gonna be on the local news for the way he treated me because I sat in the food court section they claimed it was closed, but there was no sign posted. What a joke of a place with little boys wana play cops security guards. I will be posting the video on YouTube on what happened and put a link here, so everyone can see what kind of place is this .

I always have a great time here. But this time we had room services, morning and dinner. The steak was a little bit not normal size. Went down to the lodge diner to eat and the steak covered half of the plate. REALLY BIG DIFFERENCE. Breakfast was great no complaints. At checkout I told the clerk about it she was so nice and helpful, she gave us a free pass to eat on the 15th floor. VERY very nice. Oh buy the way the room was clean and nice.

I had a good stay, we stayed April 4, 2017. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the shower was great, and the robes were a nice touch, as I did not bring mine from home. I come to the casino all the time, and it was nice to actually stay a night. I like the safe they have under the tv for valuables to keep there instead of worrying if something will happen to them. All the staff we talked to was amazing. The food in the cafe is great food as well. I was not impressed with the thin walls however, and people slamming doors ... read more
