Food was great,and the service was fast and I had a great time.
Well let's just see first of all spent over $200.00 on a room that didn't have hot water in the morning, so I couldn't take a shower. We went to the Lodge diner and ordered a brownie and a Pepsi took well over 30 mins. For a Brownie...... ridiculous, worst service ever, and most of the casino floor was smoking so I was in there about 1hr before I had to leave, it was so bad my clothes still smell like smoke. Worst ventilation ever. MGM here we come. Costumer service at hotel check in was horrible.
They wouldn't even give my mama a gift for her 87th birthday, and that's all she wanted to do was come to the motorcity casino....
Excellent hotel.. Rooms are very nice and the food is very good at a great price
My family and I enjoyed our stay after the Tigers game. The only thing I did not understand was not allowing my teenagers to take the shuttle to the game. We ended up getting a cab instead. We did especially enjoy the 15th floor appetizers and breakfast.
Went for a bite to eat. Ended up losing everything to my name. Including my house. Food was decent.
My boyfriend and I decided to come over for dinner and play a little bit. I'm from Windsor and he's from Michigan, our original plan was to go to Fallsview casino in Niagara Falls, but eventually decided to do local. We went to the buffet paid for our meals in cash, since neither one of us can qualify for a comp, the staff are great, but the buffet line is not so good, the Italian line three of the trays are empty, the sauces was so dried up, so I wasn't able to get anything on the Italian line, went to get the prime rib roa... read more
What an amazing experience! The room was emmaculate and the staff made you feel like family! I cannot say enough positive things about my stay!
It was clean,,and quite thanks motor city I would love it again and will do it again only thing is that they should offer free breakfast for the money u pay
