Love it the rooms just need to be cleaned better no way I should find other color hair on my body when I wake up out the bed and I know it not my nappy hair FYI make sure you wash out any glasses u use in the rooms

The staff at the bar by chromatica at first was nice it was a woman and i stated i dont drink alcohol i just wanted some juice or pop she did so with no charge. Then when i went back for a refill the guy stated " you want me to pour pop then you have to pay me for it then try to charge me five dollars for juice and $3.00 for a bottle of free water. My husband and I along with my in laws/family friend frequently visit as a fun night out to play the slots. This past Friday we played Blackjack at the tables for the very first time. Our dealers were mostly great and very friendly. I cannot remember the name of the lady dealer we had that night but she quickly became our favorite and we stuck with her most of the night! It's a "casino in the hood"! Poor service, rude employees, disrespectful security personnel, but the Valet service was on point. I will never refer this casino to family/friends! Horrible experience..
Our first time at Motor City was Saturday night. Disappointing that as a first time guest they do not offer any coupons at there restaurants, most casinos offer bonus points on the first visit or $5 of free play. The 3 staff members we encountered were both rude and not helpful. For example, I asked where the bathroom was, I was told "there's a bathroom where all of the signs are that say restroom." Then when I found a bathroom on my own it was a nasty disaster.
